Here are some main reasons:

Twitter can be best described as a mini Blog, a place where you can leave updates about what is happening in your life in about 140 characters. Whenever you write a new blog, your Twitter friends will automatically get an update the next time they log on to Twitter or they'll get the update on their cell phone. You can let others know what you are doing online or what you will be having for dinner. I don't know about you, if I just wanted to have a Cup of a Moroccan Tea with some Bread & Olive oil for a dinner, does the whole world need to know about that :-) ? Ok, you got the idea. You can write just about anything you feel like sharing with everyone online.

Twitter is considered a Social Networking site because you can follow others and they can follow you, which is like sharing a message board. Unlike MySpace or Facebook, you don't put pictures up, videos, or change your profile page - you just write as long as you don't go over 140 characters per message. One of the greatest feature I happen to like about Twitter is the fact that I can see what everyone is SAYING ABOUT MOROCCO AS WE SPEAK in real time which you can see on our front page under section called "MOROCCO TWEETS"

Of course, we have reserved our piece of Twitter's Realeaste as well. You can find us at: Twitter.com/Morocco - in fact, I received lots of emails from friends and members asking me as to how I managed to grab such a precious name "Morocco". My response to them was that I've been watching Twitter unfold for a very long time. Part of it is also luck because anybody could have grabbed that name. But, it is never too late.

What do you mean? My friend asked. You have already registered Morocco, nobody can use that name anymore?
